provides the basis for negotiating Excessive Tow Bills or "Hostage Equipment"
situations. NTRG's DataBase has over 1,500 Towing & Recovery providers
listed who operate in the lower 48 States. In exchange for a FREE listing,
those providers agreed to list their Hourly Rates for all Heavy Equipment and Labor.
NTRG's DataBase Software assimilated their information to create a "Regional Average Rate" (RAR) that can be used in establishing "Fair & Reasonable" settlement recommendations, with factual data to back it up. A Funny thing happened while assigning a claim...... The OCP called our office with an Assignment and got the adjuster's Voice Mail. She later told us she was "stunned" and "didn't know what to say next!" She'd never HEARD our Voice Mail so she wasn't ready to Leave a Message.......and that sums up the level of Service, that our Client's have come to EXPECT, from ICS!
