The following statements are a small portion of what we expect of our Associates
and what they can expect from us.....
- If an
Associate will be unavailable for an evening or weekend, they will make
our Central office aware of this and will make arrangements with a local
backup. They are to forward their phone or provide their cell phone
to their backup, etc...
- All On-The-Scene
assignments require that work begins within 15 minutes of receiving
notice and that you respond immediately.
- Activity
Log must reflect all attempts made to contact all parties involved in
a given loss.
- If possible,
all appraisals should be scheduled to occur within 24 hours and completed
within 48 hours unless client allows otherwise.
- In order
to provide superior service, be wiliing to sacrifice your schedule for
the sake of the client and their assignment.
